Terms of use

These terms cover your use of emberplay.app. They are written in plain English. They are not a substitute for legal advice.

Using Ember

Ember helps UK parents discover age-fit ideas, shortlists, and related tools. You must be old enough to form a contract in your country (usually 18+) to create an account. Do not use Ember to harm others or to break the law.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account from Account → Privacy & data. Ember Plus paid checkout is not live until we say so — waitlist interest is not a purchase.

Content & retailer links

Ideas and product notes are guidance, not medical advice. Retailer prices and stock live on the retailer's site. Some links may earn Ember a commission — see Affiliate disclosure.

Marketplace

Marketplace listings and messages are between parents. Follow safety rules; do not share unnecessary personal contact details early. Ember is not a party to private sales.

Privacy

How we use personal information is explained in Privacy.

Changes

We may update these terms as Ember grows. The date below shows the latest version. Continued use after a clear update means you accept the revised terms.
